3 Bedroom Fisherman’s cottage

Self Catering Holiday Accommodation – Sleeps 4 adult guests, plus up to 3 children.
Children any age welcome.

Primrose Cottage is a fully restored Grade II fisherman’s cottage dating from 1668. Located in the old village on Albion Road just off the dock and within 30 seconds walk of the beach.
The cottage has many original features and has been decorated to a high standard with sympathetic furnishings, and the large sitting room and kitchen comfortably seat up to 4 adult guests plus 3 children. Primrose has full gas central heating, cast iron gas stove in the sitting room and two original cast iron fireplaces in the bedrooms (only for display) and comes with free unlimited Wifi, Smart TV with complimentary Netflix, Bluetooth speaker and DVD.

There are three bedrooms, 2 with double beds and the other with a 4 foot bunk on the bottom and a single on the top. A maximum of 4 adults, 7 people if the bunk room is occupied by 3 children only. We provide luxury feather duvets and pillows, with Egyptian cotton bedlinen and two thick fluffy white towels per guest. Beach towels not provided. There is a hairdryer in each bedroom.

The kitchen is fitted with quality units, Belfast sink and an antique pine table and chairs and comes fully equipped with large fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, electric oven and hob.

The family bathroom which has a beautiful exposed stone wall comprises a white three-piece suite with shower over the large bath and stunning Fired Earth tiles.

To the rear of the property and up the stone steps, there is a new stone patio with picket fence and garden furniture including a BBQ for relaxing on sunny summer days. Above this is our fabulous cliff top garden directly overlooking the beach and with panoramic views of the Bay and back over the pantile roofs of the village above. One of only two gardens in the village with 360 degree views!

Parking Permit provided for 1 car, for use in either of the two car parks. Further permits are available from the post office. Alternatively there are pay and display machines in the car parks which take credit/debit cards as well as cash, at a cost of around £8 per day.
